Overall Quality

I upgraded from a Diamondback Insight to this wonderful bike. This bike is beautiful, I get compliments on it everyday I take it out. The chain rubbed for a loong time , until I took it to an REI(pls add them as one of your assemblers or retailers) and the left pedal stuck out like it wasn't screwed in all the way. I use this bike for everything like trips to the grocery store, flying up hills, zooming through the mud, and recently slipped off the paved bike path and onto a mountain bike trail. I know it's not listed as a mountain bike it definitley felt at home on the trail. While the bike works great, the pick up experience was weird. I purchased online and had it assembled by the nearest bike shop that was available in the checkout. In the checkout I was told that I would arrive with the neccessary info and the bike shop would adjust the bike and schedule a follow up tune up, but that wasn't how it went. They basically just handed me the bike and told me to skidaddle while they tried to help people who were buying bikes from their shops and bleamished my bike withtheir sticker:(. It was a really dissapointing. Good bike though.
