How do I find information on bike assembly or bike tuning?

From select your bike model, then click the Assembly tab below your bike for instructions.

How do I create an account?

Creating a account is easy. Click on My Account to register anytime. You can also create an account when you place an order.

Standard Home Delivery – Bikes ship from our warehouse within one business day. Arrival is usually 2-6 business days from purchase, based upon delivery method selected. Assemble yourself! Signature for delivery required.

Pickup at your Local Bike Shop – At checkout, select a retail store partner to receive and build your bike. Allow 4-7 business days after arrival for assembly.

Beeline – Once your bike is ordered, we will email you a link that allows you to schedule the delivery date for your bicycle. The earliest appointment date has a buffer built in that allows for the bike to be shipped and assembled by the technician. Upon delivery of your fully built bike, the tech can fit you to the bike and answer any questions about proper maintenance. If you have any issues scheduling, please call Beeline Support at (855) 582-4537.

What does “Out of Stock” mean?

Out of Stock means that we no longer have inventory of that item. We keep items that are out of stock up on our website for reference and specifications for our customers.

Do you ship to Canada?

Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to accommodate orders within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to accommodate orders within the United States for standard orders.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  We also accept PayPal, and Affirm monthly payments.

My bike did not come with a kickstand, why not?

The majority of bikes do not come with kickstands as some frame materials or styles many not be able to accept a kickstand. Please connect with us or see your local bike shop for suggestions. If your bike comes with a kickstand it will be listed as an Extra under the Specs tab for your bike model.

Where can I buy replacement parts for my bike? 

Many replacement parts are not OEM specific to Raleigh and can be directly purchased at a local bike shop; if you have questions about compatibility connect with our customer service agents here or via Live Chat. 

Where is the serial number on my bike? 

The serial number is located on the underside of the frame where the pedals and crank arms attach. Look for a string of letters and numbers.

Is my bike covered under warranty? How do I find out?

What is the max rider weight for Raleigh bicycles?

All of our adult bikes are warrantied to 300 pounds. if you weigh over 300 pounds and ride our Raleigh the bike frame and bike parts will not be covered by Raleigh’s warranty.
