The Class 3 Redux iE gets things done. Built on a sleek aluminum frame with internal cable routing, this e-bike is powered by a Bosch Performance Line Speed motor and a semi-integrated 500Wh battery. The new Bosch Kiox on-board computer provides ride data at your fingertips via a handlebar remote and easy-to-read color display. The Kiox is compatible with Bluetooth heart-rate monitors.

A 10-speed Shimano drivetrain fine-tunes your pedaling, while Tektro hydraulic disc brakes keep your speed under control. Wide tires on 27.5-inch wheels take the sting out of rough pavement. With built-in lights, an integrated rack, and fenders, the Redux iE lets you cut through city traffic with ease and confidence. Available in step over and step through styles.

Overall Quality

I have rode my Raleigh Redux IE bike over 600 miles, bought it August 2019:
The Pros:
● like the Kiox display and it's features - from Bosch, well.made!
● bike has lots of speed, easily cruise at 28 mph in turbo mode - very comfortable to ride.
● front light and rear work well, bright & light up the road - easy to use and nice to be seen.
● bike rides very well with the 27.5" x 2.4" tires despite no front shock
● the thru axles are very solid, positive and easy to use.
● shifting gears is reliable, "pausing to pedal slightly" between gears makes for smooth shifting and eliminates the 'cluncking' sound.
● fenders provide good protection in the wet weather.
● well made bike.

The Cons:
● front breaks seem to work hard and labour a little - 'brake pad width' (13 mm) seems on the light side for this pedal assist bike and it's weight. Seems to shimmer to a stop. Brakes could use an upgrade considering the bike speed and weight. Recently, I replaced the front brake with Shimano XT Deore with the Ice Tech rotor. (over $300 CAN) Made a significant difference and much better stopping power and no shimmering! That's only replacing the front brake - can only imagine the stopping power if I did the rear too!
● the original brakes had sluggish stopping power in rainy weather
● on- frame charging port cover - too rigid and very flimsy. Defintely not water tight and it broke
● cumbersome to connect charging cable to battery while on- frame. Intergrating a magnetic connector would solve this issue.
● Eco mode range is approx. 80 on a flat route, that's a fair trade-off for the 28 mph speed.
● kick stand screws come loose, even with using loctite. Secured it with thru bolts & loctite on the nuts,

Overall, a good bike - up to 43 Km/ hrs. in turbo mode, quite comfortable to ride just need to bear in mind the sluggish braking especially in the rain!
